Sadly there is currently no clear license on the contributions to the wiki (and apparently for this site as well), see e.g. [here][1]. I'd assume though that authors in general intent their code to be in the public domain unless specified otherwise, as you'd assume forum posts containing scripts etc. (why else would someone post that code there in the first place?).
